About MEHXIV Security

Protecting What Matters. Creating Opportunities.

Founded in Middlesbrough on 22 October 2025, Mehxiv Security was built with a simple ambition: to create a modern, professional security company with strong roots in the Tees Valley and a genuine commitment to the people and communities it serves. Companies House records show Mehxiv Limited is an active private security business, registered in Middlesbrough.

Our story started with Umar Munir, our Managing Director, who worked as a security officer for three years before starting Mehxiv. That experience shaped the way we think about security — not simply as having someone on a site, but as having professional people who are alert, approachable, dependable and prepared to act when it matters.

From that experience came a wider mission: to bring employment and opportunity back into the UK, building operational teams here and creating meaningful work for people in our communities rather than relying on remote operational structures overseas.

Being based in Middlesbrough and the Tees Valley is an important part of our identity. The region has a growing economy, more than 17,000 businesses and hundreds of thousands of local jobs, with continued investment across construction, clean energy, advanced manufacturing, digital industries and other sectors. Mehxiv wants to grow alongside that development — creating opportunities while helping businesses, organisations and communities protect what matters.

Our approach is built around professionalism, reliability, accountability and people. We provide security solutions across environments including commercial premises, hospitality, events, accommodation and construction, with services designed around the individual needs of our clients.

We are building Mehxiv for the long term: a company that clients can trust, employees can be proud to represent, and communities can recognise as a local business that contributes something positive.
